The TLZ Total
About This Competition
We are excited to announce our first Lifting Zone Virtual Competition, “The TLZ Total”. Athletes will have a maximum of 25 mins to establish maximum load across 5 lifts. Back Squat, Deadlift, Clean, Strict Press, Snatch Balance.
All athletes will have to submit a video of their attempt for judging via our custom time stamped video on the WeTime app.
We will be taking into account gender and weight, using a secret formula we will be able to select the strongest pound for pound lifter over the super total.
Time isn't on your side! We will be deducting 1kg for every minute it takes you to complete the total so strategy is going to come into play which is going to make it super exciting!
Over £500 worth of prizes from SBD and Big Friday Supplies!
