About This Competition

Hosted by E-Motion Fitness Hub, our competitions are split across Elite, Open & Novo standards, and teams can be male, female, or mixed pairs or 4s.


Details of all workouts and moving standards for each competition will be announced shortly.


The festival takes place over 3 days, with Friday being an exclusive players' party for our teams, and the Fitness Games competitions taking place on Saturday, allowing teams to relax and enjoy the complete festival experience afterwards through until Sunday night.

Minutes 0-3: 60 Pair Sync Wall Balls (M: 9kg)

Minutes 3-6: 50 Pair Sync TTB

Minutes 6-9: 40 Pair Sync Pull-ups

Minutes 9-12: 30 Pair Sync Devils Press (M: 22.5kg)

Minutes 12-15: 20 Legless Rope Climbs

Minutes 15-18: 10 10m Handstand Walks


AMRAP team synchro Shuttle Runs after

each exercise within 3-minute the windows.


Minutes 18-20: Buyout AMRAP Bar Muscle Ups


Score = Shuttle Runs completed + Bar Muscle Ups


Any Reps not completed within the 3 minute windows will be deducted from your total score.

Minutes 0-3: 60 pair synchro wall balls (6kg)

Minutes 3-6: 50 pair synchro hand release push-ups

Minutes 6-9: 40 pair synchro dumbbell hang squat cleans (15kg)

Minutes 9-12: 30 pair synchro Devils Press (15kg)

Minutes 12-15: 20 Rope Climbs

Minutes 15-18: 10 10m wheelbarrow walks
