Workouts
Workout #1: THE DIVIDE - 2 Separate Scores
Part A: 3rds For Time (15min cap) 1 person working, tag in and out whenever you like.
RX:
-40 BB Hang Power Cleans (50/35kg) (Scaled 40/30kg)
-30 T2B (Butterfly Sit ups)
-20 BB Front Rack Lunges
-10 BB Push Press
-1,000m Bike
*IF DNF: Add 1 sec per rep not finished.
Part B: Max meters on Rower for 7mins
One athlete Rowing at all times for the first 7mins, tag on and off as often as you want. Once 7mins is up, person on the rower can go and assist with the workout.
Workout #2:
3 Round Relay:
*Nominate Athletes for each movement and rd at the start to your Judge - Each Athlete must complete 1 exercise each rd and must have completed each exercise throughout the 3rds, cannot repeat any exercises.
EXAMPLE: (Athlete A - B - C)
RD1: Run (A) - Farmers Carry (B) - Deadlifts (C)
RD2: Run (B) - Farmers Carry (C) - Deadlifts (A)
RD3: Run (C) - Farmers Carry (A) - Deadlifts (B)
