Working as individuals in a relay style For Time: 15 Cal Row 50m Sled Push(90#) 15 Wall Ball Tosses *Working one athlete at a time in whatever order the team chooses, athlete one must complete all three movements before the next athlete starts and so on for the rest of the team. *Rower can be setup to individual preference *Sled push will be same weight for all divisions *Wall Ball for scaled will be female: 10#, 9ft Male: 14#, 10ft *Wall Ball for Rx'd will be female: 14#, 9ft, Male: 20#, 10ft *9 Minute Cut-off

Working in male/male and female/female teams. EMOTM Buy in: 25 Double Unders or 50 Singles 1 Clean and Jerk Scaled Female 75-85-95-105-115-125-135-155 Scale Male 135-155-165-185-205-225-235-245 Rx'd Female 115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185 Rx'd Male 185-205-225-245-265-275-285-305 *25 DUs or 50 Singles buy in is for the team and can be completed by either teammate or combination of teammates *Clean can be any form as long as it is from the ground(i.e. power, squat or split) *Jerk can be any form or shoulder to overhead(i.e. strict press, push press, push jerk, or split jerk) *Once an athlete fails a weight they are done and cannot assist with the buy in. * If an athlete completes the ladder they can go back to their jump rope and every 5 Double Unders or 10 Singles complete adds one pound to their teams total.

Working in a Team of 4 with only 1 Athlete working at a time Scaled Division 22 Minute AMRAP Buy-in 200' Overhead Double KB Carry(70/36) Then, 50 KB Snatches(35/18) 50 Sumo Dead lift High Pulls(85/55) 50 Goblet Squats(35/18) 50 Thrusters(85/55) 50 Pull-ups Rx'd Division 22 MInute AMRAP Buy-in 100' Handstand Walk Then, 50 Handstand Push-ups 50 Sumo Dead lift High Pulls(115/75) 50 Pistols 50 Thrusters(115/75) 50 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Complete the following as Male/Female Teams relay style(Team A Male/Female will compete WoD then, Team B Male/Female team will complete). 21-15-9 Partner Deadlifts 42-30-18 Box Jump Over *Male/Female team will complete 21 Partner Deadlifts, 42 Box Jump Overs, 15 Partner Deadlifts, 30 Box Jump Overs, 9 Partner Deadlifts, and 18 Box Jump Overs *Rx'd Weight is #350 on a men's barbell but...Bar will be weighted unevenly with #135 on one side and #170 on the other. *Scaled Weight is #270 on a men's barbell but..Bar will be weighted unevenly with #90 on one side and #135 on the other. *Rx'd box height is 24" for Male/Female Team and can be broken up however team chooses. *Scaled box height is 20'' for Male/Female Team and can be broken up however team chooses. *13 minute time cap
