About This Competition
Midwest Championship is a 2 day functional fitness competition for the everyday athlete who wants to showcase their fitness and have fun doing it! The event will take place in Rochester MN at the Mayo Civic Center. MWC will be providing a 25,000sq ft arena with multiple workout floors allowing athletes to have the excitement of being on the big stage in every workout. Each athlete will have the same incredible experience from scaled to RX.

-Score is total deadlifts completed in 6 minutes. Shuttle runs will NOT count towards a team's score.
-Tie breaker will be total deadlift completed at the 2 minute mark
-Only one athlete can complete shuttle run reps at a time. Athletes must complete a full rep which is 50’ (athletes will run down 25’ cross the marked line, tap the ground, and turn back to run 25’) as long as full reps of the run are completed teams can switch out during the penalty as they choose.
