Workouts
Clean ladder
Progress down the clean ladder at 1 minute intervals:
Pairs may have as many attempts at the weight during the minute. Each athlete
receives the score of their last successful lift.
If one partner fails a weight their partner can continue along the ladder.
*if an athlete completes the ladder they may load one weight onto the bonus bar for a final attempt. the timer for this is 1 minute loading and 1 minute to lift.
For time complete the following:

Ahtletes must complete the followining for max reps in a 12 minute window.
All movements must be completed in order but can be split between partners as they like. The only exception to this is the burpees which must be synchro
