RX

8 x 2:30 On / 0:30 Off:

1. & 2. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:

  • 15 cal Air Bike
  • 15 synchro Pull Ups
  • max. Sanbag Burpee Over Jerk Blocks (70kg/50kg)

3. & 4. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:

  • 15 cal Row
  • 15 synchro double Kettlebell Snatches (2x24kg/2x16kg)
  • max. Pull Over

5. Intervall - Find a complex as heavy as possible:

  • 1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats

6. Intervall -  Find a Lift as heavy as possible: 

  • 1 Snatch

7. & 8. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:

  • 15 cal Ski
  • 15 synchro Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (32,5kg/22,5kg)
  • max. Freestanding Shoulder Taps

 

There will be seperat rankings for Intervalls 1&2, 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8 which will produce the final leaderboard of the workout.

  • 15 synchro Kettlebell Swings (16kg/12kg)
  • max. Sanbag Burpee Over Jerk Blocks (50kg/30kg)

3. & 4. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:

  • 15 cal Row
  • 15 synchro double Kettlebell Snatches (2x16kg/2x12kg)
  • max. Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups

5. Intervall - Find a complex as heavy as possible:

  • 1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats

6. Intervall -  Find a Lift as heavy as possible: 

  • 1 Snatch

7. & 8. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:

  • 15 cal Ski
  • 15 synchro Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (22,5kg/15kg)
  • max. Shoulder Taps
     

There will be seperat rankings for Intervalls 1&2, 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8 which will produce the final leaderboard of the workout.

10 Min. AMRAP:

  • Partner A: 200m Run
  • Partner B: max. Pistols 

Partners switch each round

 

Score A: 200m rounds

Score B: Pistol reps

 

There will be seperat rankings for both parts which will produce the final leaderboard of the workout.

  • Partner B: max. Front Squats (40kg/25kg) 

Partners switch each round

 

Score A: 200m rounds

Score B: Front Squat reps

 

There will be seperat rankings for both parts which will produce the final leaderboard of the workout.

3 Rounds for Time:

  • 20 Double Touches* (Toes to Bar + Chest to Bar)
  • 20 Wall Walks

Split the reps as you like

 

TimeCap: 12 Minutes

*both athletes has to hang on the rig. If one athlete leaves the rig, the team has to complete 2 extra Wall Walks in the respective round.

  • 20 horizontal Ring Push Ups*
  • 20 Wall Walks (half way up)

*the other athlete has to hold the top of the Push Up position on the rings. If one athlete leaves the rings, the team has to complete 2 extra Wall Walks in the respective round.
