8 x 2:30 On / 0:30 Off:
1. & 2. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:
- 15 cal Air Bike
- 15 synchro Pull Ups
- max. Sanbag Burpee Over Jerk Blocks (70kg/50kg)
3. & 4. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:
- 15 cal Row
- 15 synchro double Kettlebell Snatches (2x24kg/2x16kg)
- max. Pull Over
5. Intervall - Find a complex as heavy as possible:
- 1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats
6. Intervall - Find a Lift as heavy as possible:
- 1 Snatch
7. & 8. Intervall - Complete as many reps as possible:
- 15 cal Ski
- 15 synchro Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (32,5kg/22,5kg)
- max. Freestanding Shoulder Taps
There will be seperat rankings for Intervalls 1&2, 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8 which will produce the final leaderboard of the workout.

- max. Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups
5. Intervall - Find a complex as heavy as possible:
- 1 Snatch + 2 Hang Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats
