About This Competition

Oman's biggest fitness competition to date. An exciting two day competiton that will attract athletes from all over the region.

Thursday 7th of  September

  • Athlete Registration - 6pm

Friday 8th of Septmeber

  • Workout 1 - 8am - 12pm
  • Workout 2 - 12:30pm - 3:30pm
  • Workout 3 - 4pm - 8pm

Saturday 9th Sebtember

  • Workout 4 :-8am - 12pm
  • Semi Finals:- 12:30 - 4pm
  • Finals :  4:30pm - 6pm
  • Awards Ceremony - 6:30pm

Please note that all times are approximate times and are subject to change. Complete heat lists and schedules will only be released in the days prior to the competition.

ELITE

Top Tie athlete with exception skills and abilities competing at there highest level to show case their experties and prowess.

This category is for athletes who can perform full RX movements.

TEAMS :

This category will feature RX movements, pair athlete  collaborate to tackle various changing excersis and event leveraging teamwork and nutual support for success.

 Adaptive:

In adaptive catgory athlete are grouped based on their specific impoairment or disablities allowing them to compete against other with similar challenges.The goal is to celebrate diversity, showcase the tensty and abilities of adaptive athlete and promote sense of camaradies and support within the community.

All athletes will compete in four events over the two day event, before the top athletes and teams  advance to the semi-finals and finals.

ATHLETE REGISTRATION:

All athletes will be required to attend the Athlete Registration on Thursday 7th of Sebtember at 6pm. All workouts and movement standard will be explain and any questions will be answered during this time. All athletes will be provided with a personalised Muscat Throwdown T-shirt and athlete portraits will be taken at this time.

SPECTATOR TICKETS:

Alongside cheering your friends or relatives along competition there will also be fun for the whole family. Food and Drink booths, fun competitions and much more. Spectator tickets will be availble to purchase in due course.
