About This Competition

The Proven Fitness Competition gives CrossFit Athletes of all experience & fitness levels their chance to challenge themselves, have fun showing off their hard work and have a great time with their friends and community. 

This is an Indoor Competition within our 5,000sf facility.

Saturday April 30th 8:00am-6:00pm 

@ CrossFit Canvas, 4123 Challenger Way, Caldwell, Idaho 83605

The format for this competition will be 2 person, same gender teams. (M/M)(F/F)

Throughout the Day there will be 4 Events for all divisions: (1) Floater Event & (3) Other Events, There will be a total of 7 scores for the competition which means multiple events will have multiple scored parts. 700pts possible for all teams/divisions.

30 Clean & Jerks *Split Between Partners

Come prepared. Bring whatever food and beverages you need to stay fueled and hydrated during the day, and any supportive equipment you may need (ie belts, hand protection). Also, bring something to stay cool (like tents and chairs), the competition will be inside but open to the outdoors.

No refunds. We get it that stuff happens but we will not be able to issue any refunds once a registration is made.
**unless the competition does not take place and is cancelled we will issue refunds to all registered teams.
You can transfer a registration and substitute any athlete up to the saturday April 23rd the week before the competition.
