Part 1.  10 min cap
Find your heaviest load each for the following barbell complex 
- *Ground to front rack*
- 2 Front lunges (1/leg)
- 1 Front Squat
- 1 Shoulder to Overhead


*ground to front rack can be accomplished with any of the following 
- power cleans
- squat clean
- hang power clean
- hang squat clean 

 

8 min emom
Partner 1 goes on odd minutes 
Partnet 2 goes on even minutes 


Each partner at the beginning of each minute must complete the following DB complex:


1 DB snatch
2 hang DB clean and jerks
3 DB Shoulder to Overhead 
4 Burpees over DB


50/35 lbs


Then in the remainder of their minute complete as many of the following for points:
Toes to bar = 1 point
Bar muscle ups = 3 points 
Toes to bar + bar muscle up = 6 points 

 

EMOM 8

8 min emom
Partner 1 goes on odd minutes 
Partnet 2 goes on even minutes 


Each partner at the beginning of each minute must complete the following DB complex:


1 DB snatch
2 hang DB clean and jerks
3 DB Shoulder to Overhead 
4 Burpees over DB

Then in the remainder of their minute complete as many of the following for points:
Hanging Knee raise = 1 point
Toes to bar = 3 points 
Bar muscle ups = 6 points

60 thrusters 45/35
20 cal echo
40 thrusters 75/55
50 duble unders heavy rope
