CFKL + CFNW + CFLD In-House Competition
About This Competition
It's time for our third annual CFKL + CFNW + CFLD In-House Competition!
Grab a friend (same gender) and form a team of two, or compete in our all new individual category, and test your fitness with the support of our communities.
Wondering which category is best for you?
Here's a breakdown of skills both individuals and team members should have (this is not a complete list of movements that might show up in the competition - the list is meant to help you decide which category is the right one for you to register for):
- Rx'd: 60/43kg (135/95lb) is a comfortable weight for you in workouts. You should not be afraid of C2B, Strict Dips, T2B, HSPU, Double Unders, or Box Jumps
- Scaled: 35/25kg (75/55lb) is a comfortable weight for you in workouts.
You should not be afraid of Jumping Pull-Ups, Hanging Knee Raises, Single Unders, or Step Ups.
There's 6 male and 6 female team spots available per category (Rx & Scaled).
There's 6 male and 6 female individual spots available per category (Rx & Scaled).
Registration
Registration is €60 per team, €30 per individual (Competition Corner fees not included).
Registration closes 2 weeks prior to the competition date.
