1 Score Event=Total Weight Lifted between both Athletes.

With a 6:00 Time Cap, 1 Athlete will establish a 1 Rep Snatch and the other Athlete will establish a 1 Rep Clean and Jerk.

Teams have 6:00 in total and can take as many attempts as necessary. The event starts with an empty barbell and both athletes can help change the weight. Any variation of Snatch from the ground is allowed (Power/Full/Split). Hang Snatches of any kind are not permitted. Any variation of Clean and Jerk from the ground is allowed (Power/Full Clean/Split Clean and Strict Press/Push Press, Squat Jerk or Split Jerk is allowed.) the lift will be counted once the athlete shows complete control of the barbell with knees, hips and elbows locked out overhead with both feet together.

Once the Row has been completed. Both athletes will move on to the Rig for Score 2/2 which is an AMRAP of Toes 2 Bar for RX and Masters Divisions or an AMRAP of Candlesticks for Intermediate Divisions.

1 Athlete will be doing T2B while the other athlete is in a dead hang position from the rig. For the T2B to count the partner must have both hands on the rig with both feet off the ground. The T2B must begin with arms completely extended, heels past the plane of the rig and both toes touch the bar between the hands. Tops of the foot or soles of the foot will be allowed as long as both feet make contact simultaneously. Athletes can grip the dead hang position with any style.

Intermediate Division. 1 Athlete will begin doing Candlesticks while the other athlete is in a dead hang position from the rig. For the candlestick rep to count, the partner must have both hands on the rig and feet off the ground. The candlestick must begin with arms completely extended with both hands holding the rig post, both heels on the ground with knees completely locked out, once both toes touch the rig post the rep will be counted. The soles of the foot will be allowed as long as both feet make contact simultaneously. Athletes can grip the dead hang position with any style.

**In the case of a tie in total reps, the tie breaker will be decided based on the Row Time in Pink Out Part 1.**

Pink Out Row is Score 1 of 2.

Rx/Master/Intermediate 1000/800 Meters

With a 7:00 Minute Running Clock. At 3.2.1 Go, 1 Athlete will begin sitting on the rower and begin rowing while Athlete 2 is in a plank position on their hands. Athletes can switch in and out anytime but you can not begin rowing until the other athlete is in the plank position on their hands.

Intermediate Teams have the option to be in plank position on their hands or elbows.

Once the alloted meters are met on the rower your time of completion will be recorded and this will be Score 1 or 2 in this event.

RX/Intermediate/Masters Divisions are the same format. See weight variations below.

Score is For Time.

At 3.2.1. Go, Athlete 1 will sprint 150 Meters (75 there and 75 back) then will pull the sled 50 Meters (25 there and 25 back). Once the sled crossed the finish line, athlete 2 will then pull the sled 50 Meters (25 there and 25 back) then sprint 150 Meters (75 there and 75 back). Once athlete 2 crosses the finish line and your score is the time of completion for both athletes to finish the relay.

The sled alone weighs 50 pounds.

RX/Master Males will have 3-45# Plates

RX/Masters Females will have 2-45# Plates

Intermediate Males will have 2-45# Plates

Intermediate Females will have 1-45# Plate

Athletes can pull or drag the sled anyway as long as the straps on the sled are completely extended.
