About This Competition

[HERETIK CONTEST ?]

Crossfit Heresy a le plaisir de vous proposer sa première compétition en équipes mixtes de 3 : ??‍♂️+??‍♂️+??‍♀️

Pour cette première édition, pas de qualification! Les 20 premières équipes SCALED et RX inscrites se verront participer à la finale chez nous sur une journée entière le dimanche 1er Septembre ?

La compétition est ouverte au plus grand nombres, mais quelques pre-requis seront nécessaires lors des différents WODS : 

⚠️⚠️ Les standards ⚠️⚠️

SCALED : 
- snatch : 45kg (hommes) /20kg (femme)
- Clean & jerk : 60kg (hommes) /25kg (femme)
- Pull up : au moins 2 des athlètes devront maîtriser le mouvement. 

RX : 
- snatch : 60kg (hommes) /35kg (femme)
- Clean & jerk : 75kg (hommes) /45kg (femme)
- Tous les mouvements de gym (MU ring et bar, HSPU, chest to bar, pull up, DU, T2B): au moins 2 des athlètes devront maîtriser le mouvement.
