About This Competition

Attention all fitness enthusiasts and athletes! Prepare yourselves for the ultimate challenge at the highly anticipated KohtFit Qualifiers. Join us on a journey to claim your spot on the grand stage in Sermsuk Warehouse, Bangkok where dreams will come alive on 11-12 November, 2023.

KohtFit, the prestigious CrossFit Competition, beckons athletes from diverse fitness backgrounds to step up and push their limits. Regardless of your skill level, this is an opportunity to unleash your true potential and measure your abilities against the very best.

 

Divisions:
RX Male & Female (Masters included*)
Intermediate Male & Female (Masters included*)
Scaled Male & Female (Masters included*)
Teams of Three: 2 Male, 1 Female
*Master Athletes must be born 1983 or earlier to compete. Master Athletes will compete alongside regular Divisions and will have a shot at winning two titles.

29 SEP: Results Announcement
11 - 12 NOV: KohtFit Finals

 

Online Qualifiers Early Bird Price : 10 JUL - 10 AUG
- Individual : 750 THB
- Team : 1,750 THB

Online Qualifiers Normal Price : 11 AUG - 18 SEP
- Individual : 1,000 THB
- Team : 2,250 THB

If you've made it pass the Online Qualifier the following payment will be required for the final competition.

Koht Fit Championships Finals at the Strength Games
- Individual : 2,750 THB
- Team : 6,000 THB

 

Athletes to advance to the Kohtfit Final Stage
- Individual : 70/70 spots
- Team : 20 spots

Noted

Prior to starting, arrange the designated floor plan precisely as illustrated in the setup guidelines. Position the start line at a distance of 3 meters from the wall-ball target. Align the dumbbell setup according to the demonstrative video. Barbell and box, may be set up in any layout as long as they are at least 2 meters away. This workout begins with the athlete standing behind the line.


After “3, 2, 1 … go,” the athlete will run to the wall-ball target and perform 30 Wall balls, then 30 Dumbbell Snatches.Once the Dumbbell Snatches are complete, move to the wall-ball target and complete 20 Wall balls, followed by 20 Dumbbell Snatches, then 10 Wall balls and 10 Dumbbell Snatches. After concluding the last round of 10 repetitions for both movements, athletes will move into 12 Cleans, followed by 12 Box Jump Overs, and then repeating 9 Cleans and 9 Box Jump Overs. Finally, complete the sequence with 6 Cleans and 6 Box Jump Overs


The athlete’s score will be the total time it takes to complete the entire workout or the total number of repetitions completed before the 15-minute time cap. 

 *Receiving any assistance with the barbell is not permitted unless safety is an immediate concern.

Notes

Ensure the floor plan is set precisely as illustrated in the setup guidelines.

Position the start line 3 metres from the pull-up bar. The area between the starting line and the pull-up bar should be the area where the athlete performs the double unders /single unders. 

The wall for the Wall walk should be behind or next to the pull up bar.
Mark a tape line to designate the start and finish line for the wall walk.

  • Measure 10 inches (26 centimetres) from the wall to the edge of the tape that is closest to the wall.
  • The tape line must be no wider than 30 inches (76 centimetres).

 

**For SCALED division : Hand Release Push Up can be performed the same area as Single Unders and Female athlete MUST film the height of arms against the Pull-up bar. 

 

After “3, 2 1…go”, the athlete will run to the pull-up bar and perform 1 Bar-muscle up/Chest to bar/ Pull-up/ Jumping pull-up. Once one rep is completed, they will move on to do 1 rep of Chest to wall Handstand Push-up/ Wall walk/ Hand Release Push-ups, followed by 10 Double unders/ Single unders. The athlete will repeat and add 1 additional rep from the previous set for Bar muscle up and Chest to wall Handstand Push-ups and add 10 reps for Double unders and Single unders. 


The athlete’s score will be the total reps completed within 12 minutes.

3 Rounds For Time

10 Lateral Burpee Over Bar
5 Squat Snatches / Overhead Squats (Scaled Only)

*6 minutes time cap*

 

Notes

The barbell must be clearly visible in the camera frame when the athlete performs the Snatch and Lateral Burpee Over Bar and do not forget to film the weight before start. The workout will start with the athlete standing behind the bar.

After “3, 2 1…go”, the athlete will perform 10 Lateral Burpee Over Bar followed by 5 Snatches or 5 Overhead Squats( For Scaled division). Athletes' score will be the time after completing 3 rounds.
