About This Competition
Calling All Fitness Warriors for a Cause!
JOIN US for a day of strength, resilience, and community support at our first annual fundraising competition, dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery from substance abuse. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, this event is your opportunity to make a tangible difference!
ALL proceeds from this event will go directly towards the mission of Recovery Unbroken - a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing free CrossFit to any individual struggling with, or in recovery from substance abuse.
Let's come together, break barriers, and break the cycle of addiction one rep at a time!
Event Details:
- Date: July 27th, 2024
- Time: First heat starts at 8:00am
- Location: CrossFit Wilsonville
- Divisions: RX and Scaled - M/M and F/F
Rx: This division includes all powerlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastic movements. You do not have to be amazing at these movements, if you can do them then you are an RX athlete and should register for this division. For example, Rx teams should have at least one person that can do muscle ups, handstand push ups, and all the other standard CrossFit movements.
Scaled: This is for athletes that modify the workouts at thier home gym most of the time. If you have stood on a podium as a scaled athlete in another competition then you should probably register for RX. This division is for athletes that frequently scale work outs.
