About This Competition

Mixed Pairs.

3 categories throughout the day.

3 workouts plus a final for each category

Workouts will be released in the weeks leading upto comp date.

All scales available via our instagram post and below

Mixed Pairs 26th November movement standards 

 

Scaled: 

Female

 - 20kg barbell, 10kg dumbbell, 

- 20" box jump or step overs,

- green banded pullups

Male 

- 30kg barbell, 15kg dumbbell

- 24" box jump or step overs

- purple band pullups

Female + Male 

- knee raises (heels above bum)

- rope lay to stands

 

Intermediate: 

Female

 - 30kg barbell, 15kg dumbbell, 

- 20" box jump overs,

Male 

- 42.5kg barbell, 22.5kg dumbbell

- 24" box jump overs

Female + Male 

- at least one athlete should be able to some or all of the following: pull-ups, TTB, rope climbs 

(Work on these will be split) 

 

Rxd: 

Female

 - 35kg barbell, 22.5kg dumbbell, 

- 24" box jump overs,

Male 

- 50kg barbell, 32.5kg dumbbell

- 30" box jump overs

Female + Male 

- both athletes should be able to do all of the following: pull-ups, ttb, rope climbs.

 

We have a no refund policy but will allow team members to change once booked on a one off occasion to keep our admin to a minimum.
