Athletes will battle it out in fast-paced, high-intensity workouts designed to challenge every aspect of fitness—from raw power and endurance to agility and coordination. Each team of three will need to bring their A-game, with events that demand flawless communication, smart pacing, and relentless drive. Whether you're in it to win or just to push your limits, this is your chance to throw down, have fun, and see what your crew is made of.

Workouts

Event 3 - Run and Gym

4 x 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds

The aim is to accumluate the most points.

200m Run together

8 Synchro (at the top) Single DB Devil Press

- Male Rx 22.5Kg

- Male Int 15Kg

- Female Rx 15Kg

- Female Int 10Kg

In remaining time of the 3 minute interval (1 athlete working at a time), accumulate the most points based on ;

- Bar Muscle Ups; 6 Points (Rx only)

- Chest to bar pull up; 4 Points (Rx and Int)

- Pull Ups; 3 Points (Rx and Int)

- Ring Rows; 1 Point (Int Only)

Event 1 - Triple Threat

1 Person holding plate overhead while the other 2 are working. If the plate is lowered to, or below the top of the head, the 2 athletes working must stop.

Male- Rx 15kg plate

Male Int- 10kg plate

Female Rx- 10kg Plate

Female Int- 5kg plate

Buy in;

3 Rounds - 2 Athletes Working in Synch

10 HSPU (Rx)/ L-sit Press (Int - 15Kg M/10Kg F) - Synch at top

Event 2 - We Have Lift Off

Lets get lifting! We're going simple here, with a 3 rep max of the big 3;

3RM Back Squat

3RM Bench Press

3RM Deadlift

You will choose 1 athlete to do 1 of the lifts. The other 2 can help change weights

Each athlete will get an 8 minute window to complete their lift. There will be a 2 minute break between lifts for the next lift.

 

Event 4 - Where've My Legs Gone?

We are going to finish with a fast paced, all out sprint that will set your legs on fire!

This is a waterfall style event, with 1 athlete starting and the other 2 following on once the previous athlete has finished.

9- Barbell Front Rack Lunges

Int Male- 40Kg

Rx Female- 40Kg
