Workouts
For Time:
• 80cal Echo Bike
• 40 Sandbag Complex* (30kg)
*1 sandbag complex = 1 clean + 2 lunges
• both athletes will begin working at the same time
• they may alternate between the bike and sandbag as little or as often as required
• when one of the two tasks is completed, they can then share the remainder of the reps of the other
score: time taken to complete the prescribed work
For Time:
• 24-20-16-12-16-20-24 Dbl KB Deadlift (2x 28/20kg)
• 6-5-4-3-4-5-6 Wall Walk
• reps can be shared between athletes however they please, but only one athlete can work at a time
• the workout starts with 24 dbl kb deadlifts
• after this 6 wall walks will be completed
• the team will then continue to work through this rep scheme descending and then ascending back up until the final set of 6 wall walks
score: time taken to complete all repetitions
8RFT:
• 8 ground-to-overhead (40/25kg)
• 6 bar-facing burpee
• the female athlete will begin the workout with the female bar and do 8 ground to overhead reps
• once the 8 reps have been completed the male will be able to complete the bar-facing-burpee reps
• this will continue until 04:00 at which point all reps must be halted
• the male bar must then be used with the male completing ground to overhead reps and the female completing bar facing burpees
• this will continue until all reps are completed or the time cap
score: time taken to complete the prescribed work
For Time:
• 1600m run
• the athletes will work together to complete the required distance
• changeovers may only occur within the ranges:
- 350-450m
- 750-850m
- 1150-1250m
• there is no requirement for both athletes to run

• 18cal row
• 18 synchro dbl db squat (2x 15/10kg)
• 18cal row
• 18 synchro dbl db squat (2x 15/10kg)
• 12cal row
• 12 synchro dbl db squat (2x 15/10kg)
• 12cal row
• 12 synchro dbl db squat (2x 15/10kg)
• 6cal row
• 6 synchro dbl db squat (2x 15/10kg)
• 6cal row
• 6 synchro dbl db squat (2x 15/10kg)
• either athlete can begin on the rower
• once they have completed the calories, both athletes will then begin squatting
• after the squats are completed either athlete will then begin the next row
• this sequence is continued until all reps are completed
• there is no requirement for either athlete to row
