About This Competition
Attention, Members! It's time to gear up for our annual in-house competition—the RFX Cup! This is your ultimate opportunity to show off your team spirit and creativity.
Teams: Form a group of 4 (any gender mix)
Points System:
14 Points for Best Dressed
10 Points for Team Spirit
8 Points for Sportsmanship
Workouts: 3 workouts throughout the night
4 Points for 1st Place
2 Points for 2nd Place
1 Point for 3rd Place
Prizes will be awarded for the best-dressed team and outstanding team spirit. The victorious team will earn the prestigious RFX Cup, with their team's name and club engraved on it. The winning club will hold onto the Cup for the entire year!
