About This Competition
This "in-house" TEAM Fitness Competition is for C5 Athletes only.
We know how much each of you LOVE COMPETITION and this in-house event will give you the opportunity to put your Fitness to the TEST with your C5 friends, as well as your C5 Coaches.
This is a FREE event.
- There will be 8 C5 TEAMS battling for The official C5 Games Cup.
- C5 Coaches will be TEAM Captains (as well as participants on your TEAM)
- C5 Coaches will have an official TEAM draft to fairly divide the community up into the Teams of 8
- ALL Fitness levels will be needed to keep things fair for each Team and for the community as a whole
- Each workout will have Rx and Scaled options
- There will be 2 workouts per week, for 3 weeks, for a total of 6 workouts to determine the winning C5 TEAM.
- Workouts will be announced at 5pm each Sunday.
- Workouts will be executed at any group fitness class each week on Monday and Friday.
- Championship event on Saturday, October 28th, 2017.
