Divisions- RX and SCALED
Check in: 7:30-8:00am
Workout 1 standards: 8:00am
Workout 1- Heat 1 Begins: 8:30am
For sake of Mucctown Throwdown tradition and being fit and ready for anything, we will only be releasing 1 workout on February 1st. NO other workouts will be released proir to the day of the event!
Team substitutions will be allowed. Life and injuries happen!
No registration refunds will be permitted.

Starting at the lightest barbell, you have 30 seconds to lift. You may Snatch for 3 points, Clean and Jerk for 2 points, or Deadlift for 1 point.
If you Fail a lift, Ex. Snatch, you may still choose to clean and jerk or deadlift in your allotted time. If you do not successfully complete one of the 3 lifts within 30 seconds, your workout is over.
Score will be total points.
