LADIES PAIRS COMPETITION

Grab a viking sister and join the competition floor!

RX: 12 TEAMS

Workouts are designed for those with good knowledge and ability in RX movements and weights.

Requirements:

95lbs Power Clean, S/A DB 35lbs, DU's, TTB, 65lbs Power Snatch 

SCALED: 12 TEAMS

Workouts are designed to challenge the more beginner level athlete. Those WHO ARE able to perform pull ups or TTB should NOT enter the scaled division

Requirements:

65lbs Power Clean, S/A DB 25lbs, 14lbs Wall ball, 55lbs Power Snatch

 

Once you have registered for the competition, your fees will be non-refundable even if you are unable to attend the competition. You can however offer your position to someone else and will need to notify us of the change as soon as possible.

WOD 1 - Søster Hold

AMRAP 7

4 DL @95lbs

6 Power Clean @95lbs

8 Burpee o/bar

Athlete A working, Athlete B with static DL hold @95lbs

When Athlete A finishes one full round, they will then hold DL, Athlete B can drop the barbell or begin their round of the workout.

Each athlete will have a barbell and the other athlete can only work WHILE THE OTHER IS HOLDING THE DL. If Athlete B drops the bar, Athlete A MUST STOP WORKING.

WOD 1 - Søster Hold

6 Power Clean @65lbs

8 Burpee o/bar

Athlete A working, Athlete B with static DL hold @65lbs

When Athlete A finishes one full round, they will then hold DL, Athlete B can drop the barbell or begin their round of the workout.

Each athlete will have a barbell and the other athlete can only work WHILE THE OTHER IS HOLDING THE DL. If Athlete B drops the bar, Athlete A MUST STOP WORKING.

WOD 2 A

Assault Bike Sprint

50 cal for time

 

Athletes can switch however they choose to complete the calories within the allotted time.

Establish 1 RM Clean

Athletes will share a barbell, 1 athlete at a time can lift, once athlete has completed lift, second athlete can attempt their lift. Score will be the total of the heaviest lift for each athlete.
