Get ready to throw down in The Remi Rumble 2.0, an in-house competition where athletes from CrossFit Remi, Elev8, and their family and friends** come together for a day of fitness, fun, and fierce competition. Whether you’re going RX or Scaled, it’s your time to step up and rep your crew.
📋 Event Format:
Same-sex teams of three (MMM or FFF)
Divisions for RX, Intermediate, and Scaled athletes
Workouts will test strength, conditioning, coordination, and teamwork
3–4 scored workouts
📣 Workout Release Schedule:
Workouts will be released progressively from late May
Final WOD released on the day of the event
🏆 Prizes:
Podium prizes for 1st place in each division
Lucky door prizes for randomly selected teams
Bragging rights included 😤
There is also athlete packs for every athlete

Team substitutions - Email your changes to cfremicoomera@gmail.com and we’ll confirm your update
💸 Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued once registered
Refunds may only be granted under special circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.) and must be requested in writing
No event transfers or credits available

Workouts
Workout 2: All about the Benjamins
RX Division
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 Minutes of:
3 Strict Handstand Push Ups*
5 Bar Muscle Ups
7 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24”)
*2 for 1 Handstand Push up substitution.
Flow: All athletes will begin behind the start line, 1 athlete will begin working through the AMRAP and 2 athletes will be resting at the start line. Working athlete must complete 1 full round before returning to the start line to tag in another athlete to continue working through the AMRAP, all athletes will continue working in the above manner until the time cap is complete.

Synchronized Squat Cleans (60/40kgs)
Synchronized Dual Dumbbell Bench Press (22.5/15kgs)
Synchronized Dual KB Deadlifts (32/24kgs)
Time cap: 15 minutes
Flow: All athletes will be starting on different movements, once all 10 synchronized reps have been completed. Athletes will then swap movements until all 3 movements have been completed. Athletes will then begin the round of 8 reps in the same manner until all athletes have completed the final round of 2 reps.
Workout 1 - Someone catch Benny
For time:
40/30 Calorie Bike
40/30 Calorie Row
500m Run
Time Cap: 17mins
Flow: In an Indian file, Athlete 1 will complete the calories on the bike. Athlete 1 will then move to the rower and Athlete 2 will complete the calories on the bike. Once both Athlete 1 and Athlete 2 have completed their stations. Athlete 3 will then complete their bike calories and follow eachother until all 3 Athletes have complete the run.
Athletes cannot take over the athlete in front of them and must remain in the same order.
This workout will be the same for all divisions.
In 15 minutes, all three athletes must find a 1RM:
Press Complex*
Clean Complex**
Snatch Complex***
Flow: Athlete 1 will find a max effort of complex 1. Once athlete has finished lifting, Athlete 2 will begin establishing a max effort of complex 2. Once Athlete 2 has completed their lift, Athlete 3 will establish a max effort of complex 3.
*Complex 1: 1 push press, 1 push jerk and 1 split jerk
**Complex 2: 1 hang clean, 1 clean and 1 front squat
***Complex 3: 1 hang snatch, 1 snatch and 1 overhead squat
