Baby it's Swole Outside! Grab your team of 4 and get ready to sleigh Winter Swolstice style!
- WHEN: JANUARY 8, 2022
- TIMES: 8AM-5PM (TWO SESSIONS)
- WHERE: UNIVERSITY PLACE CROSSFIT
- COST:
- Early Bird: before Nov. 1: $259 per team
- After Oct. 31: $300 per team
- Each team gets 4 AMAZING winter beanies!
FORMAT: TEAMS OF 4 (MUST BE 2 MALES AND 2 FEMALES)

- MASTERS- must be a combined age of 160 with no one under 35

WORKOUTS: 4 workouts, 3 + 1 surprise floater
- WORKOUT 1: Released Nov. 1
- WORKOUT 2: Released Nov. 15
- WORKOUT 3: Released Dec. 1
- FLOATER: Surpise
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be given before November 1. Nov.2-Dec. 20 refunds will be given if we can fill your team's spot with a replacement. Replacements are permitted up to December 20, 2022. After Dec. 20, no refunds at all will be given.
COVID-19 REFUND POILCY: In the event that we need to cancel due to COVID-19, refunds will be given.

EVENT #2 - AVALANCHE MASTERS TEAMS
AMRAP 16
- 1) 1 Round
- 20 Snatches (95/65)
- 20 Toes to bar
- 20 Bar facing burpees
- 2) Rest
- 3) Echo Bike for Cals
- 4) Row for Cals
Rotate when the Station 1 is complete 1>2>3>4>1
After all team members have completed Station 1, accumulate as many chest to bar pull ups as possible in remaining time, one team member working at a time. During the remaining time, calories on the bike and row can continue to be accumulated. Partition the chest to bar pull ups and calories as desired while chest to bar pull ups are being performed.

*Teams that do not get all team members through Station 1 in 16 minutes will lose 1 calorie per rep not completed *Teams that get all team members through Station 1, but do not accumulate any chest to bar pullu ups will receive a 0 score on part 2.
Event #2 - Avalanche RX Teams
AMRAP 16
- 1) 1 Round:
- 20 Snatches (115/75)
- 20 Toes to bar
- 20 Bar facing burpees
- 2) Rest
- 3) Echo Bike for Cals
- 4) Row for Cals
Rotate when station 1 is complete 1>2>3>4>1
After all team members have completed station 1, accumulate as many bar muscle ups as possible in remaining time, one team member working at a time. During the remaining time, calories on the bike and row can continue to be accumulated Partition the muscle ups and calories as desired while muscle ups are being performed.

- (A) Total calories (Bike + Row)
- (B) Total bar muscle ups
*Teams that do not get all team members through station 1 in 16 minutes will lose 1 calorie per rep not completed *Teams that get all team members through the triplet, but do not accumulate any Muscle will receive a 0 score on part 2.
Event #2 - Avalanche - Scaled
AMRAP 16

- 20 Snatches (75/55)
- 20 Hanging knee raises
- 20 Bar facing burpees
- 2) Rest
- 3) Echo Bike for Cals
- 4) Row for Cals
Rotate when the Station 1 is complete 1>2>3>4>1
After all team members have completed Station 1, accumulate as many pull ups as possible in remaining time, one team member working at a time. During the remaining time, calories on the bike and row can continue to be accumulated. Partition the pull ups and calories as desired while pull ups are being performed.
