Online Functional Fitness Competition to raise money for Diabetes UK. Minimum Donation of £5 to Diabetes UK, please screenshort and tag us in it @digdeepdiabetes and @diabetesuk to complete registration.

You will have 5 Workouts over 2 Weeks
If in DiAthlete category workouts must be filmed, if in Diabadass category just get moving and have fun, no filming neccesary.
DiAthlete Category:Competitive, requires 20/15kg Dumbell or a 20/16kg Kettlebell and a skipping Rope.
DiaBadass Category: Friendly, Bodyweight Only.
Workouts will be released throught the 2 weeks.

Workouts
As many Reps as Possible of Shoulder to Overhead within 1 minute.
Rest 1 minute
Then move straigth in to part B
After Part A you take 1 minute rest and move immediatly in to Part B.

20 Single Arm Dumbell Thrusters
30 Bodyweight Alternating Reverse Lunges
40 Dumbell Hang Clean and Jerk
50 Butterfly Sit Ups
60 Double Unders or 150 Single Unders
70 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (Shoulder level)
80 Ar Squats
70 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (Shoulder level)
60 Doulbe Unders or 150 Single Unders
50 Butterfly Sit Ups
40 Dumbell Hang Clean and Jerk
30 Bodyweight Alternating Reverse Lunges
20 Single Arm Dumbell Thrusters
10 Push Ups
21- 15- 9
Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatch (20/15)
Burpees over the Dumbbell or Kettlebell
10 Round of Work
1 Min Work, 1 Min Rest
30 second Wall Sit
5 Squat Jumps
Max Reps of Jumping Lunges in the remainder of the minute
Note- if you break on the wall sit you mut complete 2 chest to floor burpees and continue where you left off on the wall sit.
Score is total reps of Jumping Lunges over the 10 rounds.
