Cette compétition se déroule en équipe de quatre HH + FF en seule catégorie.
La phase de qualification est à présent terminée.
Les 36 meilleurs Teams accédent à la grande Finale le samedi 27 & dimanche 28 mai 2023 à Orthez (64).
Au Total 7 WODS pour tout le monde !!!
Et bien-sûr un 8ème WOD pour les finalistes.
Du volume, du plaisir et du Fitness comme on aime !!!
