About This Competition

Redemption Road Fitness Foundation (RF2) establishes and mentors CrossFit affiliates inside Colorado prisons and provides post release support to our coaches and affiliate members. Grab a teammate and signup to throwdown at our fundraising competition. HWPO Training will be providing support and programming all events for the competition!

M/M, F/F, and M/F teams in Rx and Scaled divisions.  The day will include 3 WODs and 1 Floater.

Floater: 


4:00 AMRAP 

50/40 Cal Echo Bike

Max Sandbag Clean to Shoulder 150/100 in Time Remaining 


Partners can split work however they would like. 

 

Scaled Floater:

Event 1: 

For Time: 

400m Run 

36 Burpee Box Jump Over 24/20” 

400m Run 

12 synchro wall walks 

400m Run

6 Rope Climbs


Time Cap: 16:00 


Athletes will run together. The box jump overs and rope climbs can be split however. Synchro wall walks must be synchro at the start of the wall walk. 


Scaled Event 1: 


For Time:

36 Burpee Box Jump Over 20”

12 Synchro wall walks to 30” line from wall

6 Pull to stand rope climbs


Time Cap: 16:00

“Bull Ride 2.0”

5 Minutes For Both Partners to Establish a 1RM Thruster 


2 Minute Reset, then move right into 2b: 


Event 2b: 


8 Minute AMRAP 

8 Thruster 95/65 (115/75)

8 Toes to Bar Syncro

8 Hand Release Push-Ups 


On the 1rm  thruster, once the knees and hips are fully locked out they must remain locked out for the duration of the lift. 


On the AMRAP, after 6 rounds, add load to the thruster. 

 

 

Scaled Event 2a


 “Bull Ride 2.0”

5 Minutes For Both Partners to Establish a 1RM Thruster 


2 Minute Reset, then move right into 2b:

 

Event 2b: 

8 Minute AMRAP 

8 Thruster 75/55 (95/65) 

8 Toes to Bar Syncro

8 Hand Release Push-Ups 


On the 1rm  thruster, once the knees and hips are fully locked out they must remain locked out for the duration of the lift. 


On the AMRAP, after 6 rounds, add load to the thruster. 

Event 3: 

For Time: 

200’ Goblet Walking Lunge (70/53)

20 Cleans 155/105 (10/10)

20 Bar Muscle Up 

1000m Row 


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Athletes must each complete 100’ of walking lunges per 200 sets. On the cleans, athlete one must perform 10 reps before athlete two can begin. Cleans may be performed in any style. The bar muscle ups and the row may be split however athletes would like. 

 


Scaled Event 3: 

For Time: 

200’ Goblet Walking Lunge (53/35)

20 Cleans 115/75 (10/10)

200’ Goblet Walking Lunge (53/35)

30 Competition Ring Rows

1000m Row 


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Athletes must each complete 100’ of walking lunges per 200 sets. On the cleans, athlete one must perform 10 reps before athlete two can begin. Cleans may be performed in any style. The ring rows and the row may be split however athletes would like. Competition ring rows will have rings at 40” from the floor, with feet in front of a tape line directly under the bar of the rig.  

Event 2a:
