Event 1 (Max lift MF) (MF – short WOD) 6min lift/cap
Max lift: Split Jerk or Hang clean (M/F) off the rig for jerk
WOD: 21-15-9 synchro (Row/bike cals + burpee box jump overs)
**NOTE - IN EVENT 1, WHICHEVER 2 ATHLETES SELECT THE MAX LIFT, THOSE 2 ATHLETES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SELECTED for THE WOD IN EVENT 2**
Event 1 (Max lift MF) (MF – short WOD) 6min lift/cap
Max lift: Split Jerk or Hang clean (M/F) off the rig for jerk

WOD: 45-45 synchro (Row/bike cals + burpee box jump overs)
**NOTE - IN EVENT 1, WHICHEVER 2 ATHLETES SELECT THE MAX LIFT, THOSE 2 ATHLETES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SELECTED for THE WOD IN EVENT 2**
Event 2 (Max lift MF) (MF – short WOD) 6min lift/cap

400m run together
40 strict HSPUs (partner holds hS) (Kipping)
20 wall walks *Only 1 going at a time*
Event 4 (Teams of 4) Intervals in MF/MF
8x90sec Intervals (Each pair will have 4 intervals) *12min*
5 BMU/5 RMU (synchro) (toes to rings)
40 DUs (each at the same time) (single unders)
Max reps synchro OHS/Thruster @45/30kg (35/25)
