Max Double Unders

Details:

One partner starts on the Double Unders while the other partner does KB Swings. They will work at the same time. Once the partner doing KB Swings stops swinging, the partner doing Double Unders must stop as well. SO yes, that means that Double Unders do not need to be unbroken. You may keep jumping and adding to your total reps.

Once they are finished, they will rest 2 minutes and switch movements. Same format.

Score is total KB Swings and Double Unders. If you cannot perform Double Unders, you may do singles. However 5 singles will equate to 1 Double Under.
