-Clean&jerk 245/165lb LESS (미만)
-snatch 185/125lb LESS (미만)

RX STANDARD (기준)
*OVER than Scale level ( 스케일 레벨 이상)

1. Athletes may only register for one division.

 

 

2. Once registration and payment have been made, the transaction is final. No refunds will be given.

 

 

3. Athletes can USE THE TIMERS or Wetime app of this year's Qualifiers.

 

 

4. For fairness during Qualifiers, the athlete agrees to check that videos are not blocked and for public view BEFORE submission; no resubmissions after the deadline has passed will be allowed.

 

 

5. All calls made by the XIAMEN CHAMPIONSHIP Video Review Panel are final.

 


6. Any workout that has 10 or more no reps will incur a 30% penalty from the total score.

 

7. There are 4 categories for teams:
RX (M/M)

RX (M/F)

Intermediate (M/M)

Intermediate (M/F)

 

8. Team rosters are FINAL. No substitutions of members will be allowed except for medical reasons after athlete submits the necessary documents from his/her physician and the request for substitution is approved by the organizer through written consent, electronic or otherwise.

9. Teams members must do the workouts together and need to be in the same location during Qualifiers.


10. All videos must be submitted on or before 11:59PM South KOREA time on 6th August, 2023.

-21일에 3개의 예선 WORKOUT 동시 공개가 될 예정입니다.
-공개 후 8월 6일 11:59PM 까지 기록과 영상을 제출합니다.

-팀 구성
RX Male/Female : 24 +팀

RX Male/Male : 40 +팀

Scale Male/Female : 24 +팀

Scale Male/Male :40 +팀

총 4개의 Division 으로 진행되며
예선에 통과한 팀은 9월 23~24일에
XIAMEN 본선에 참여할 진출권을 가지게 됩니다.

* The Rower screen should be clearly visible during the workout

*Only front step lunge allow for a rep

*Athletes should face to screen during the burpee over rower

*athlete can change their hands anytime during Overhead walking lunges

*1DB overhead walking lunge의 앞으로 가는 방향은 선수가 직접 지정할 수 있습니다.

* Burpee over rower는 화면을 바라보는 쪽에서만 수행해야 합니다. (안전상의 이유)

*Squat, power, split snatch all allowed

* ATHLETES should complete all 12 reps in 4mins

* Performed snatch after 4min is not recognized as a score

* complete 6reps will recognize as a rep

* IF YOUR TEAM IS TIE WITH the OTHER TEAM,

 Faster 12reps TIE BREAK team will win.

*ATHLETE can rest in the HANG position without catching

during the Unbroken Snatch

*선수는 SQUAT, POWER, SPLIT 의 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다.

*선수들은 4분 이내에 12개의 횟수를 모두 완성해야 합니다.

* 4분 이 후에 성공한 스내치는 점수로 인정되지 않습니다.

*각각의 선수는 6개의 snatch를 UNBROKEN으로 모두 성공한 것만 점수로 인정됩니다.

*만약 다른 팀과의 점수가 같다면, 12개의 snatch를 모두 성공한

TIEBREAK 시간이 적용되어 점수가 나뉘어집니다. 

*선수는 HANG 구간에서 바벨에서 손을 떼며 휴식하는 것은 가능합니다.

*선수의 무릎이 땅에 닿거나, 도중에 바벨이 바닥에 닿으면 점수로 인정되지 않습니다.

The reps can be decided by the athletes themselves
