Gake's Jarage Fitness Challenge
About This Competition
This competition is designed to test your level of fitness and get you prepared for The Open and other upcoming in-person comps. Most WOD's will be doable from a well stocked garage gym, but certainly from any CrossFit gym. Get involved, invite a friend, and start the new year off on the right foot!
Athletes will definitely be getting bang for their buck with 7 scored workouts.
No refunds will be issued. Given it is a solo event, no substitutes allowed.
All workouts are currently released and scores must be submitted by January 31st. You can attempt each workout as many times as possible within the month of January. They also do not need to be completed in order, unless it is a two part workout.
All athletes will be in the same division, however most WODS will have multiple movement options so everyone should be able to complete it as programmed. You may choose the movements given within the workouts. You will have an advantage by doing higher level skills, but everyone's scores will all count the same. There will not be a scaled option for any workout. They will all be scored the same. If you are physically limited and cannot complete a movement within the scope of movements, please contact me directly and I can make an adjustment that is comparable.
Prizes will go to the top 3 athletes from each division(male/female).
A running score is required. Strava is a free option for this, in case you need it.

**If athletes cannot get access to a vest, they can carry a 20 or 14 pound wallball as they run**

*Every 3 minutes, complete 5 Handstand Push Ups w/ 1 Abmat or 3 Wall Walks*
*Start the workout with HSPU or WW*
