About This Competition
Welcome to RFX TRI CUP 2022 CROSSFIT Open!
The CrossFit Open is a three-week international competition, starting February 24, where anyone — regardless of fitness level or ability — can compete in the biggest fitness competition in history. You can sign up at https://games.crossfit.com/ to compete in the international leaderboard if you want. This is seperate to our RFX TRI CUP.
Here at RFX we are going to hold an in -house competition where locations and members go head to head to see who is the Tri Cup Champion.
How does the Tri Cup work?
Make a group of 3 people from your location, can be any gender, any age.
Choose RX or Scaled category. We cannot do a mix of the category for the Tri Cup, you can however do this on the International Open leaderboard.

Each week all 3 members in your team will compete the open workouts to gain points for their team and their location. Each location will have specific times you can do the open with a coach supervising and another member judging. Friday night classes will be adjusted for times to do the Open Workout.
Your coaches will collect your teams score sheets and enter them in Strong Compete.
Prizes from highest scoring team in RX & in Scaled. Tri Cup Winner for highest scoring location... prize TBC.
Don't miss out on the fun, fitness and community the RFX Tri Cup and the Crossfit Open will bring. If you are unsure or nervous, have a chat to your coaches who can guide you on your first Open Experience.
Open Online
If you are also planning on entering the online open you can do so under RFX ATHLETIC BIBRA LAKE on sign up. Once you have completed your workouts and entered your score our coaches will verify them online for you. For our more competitive RFX RX athletes if and want to make Quarterfinals we also suggest videoing all your workouts just in case you need to upload. WOD Proof is the best app for this.
If you have any questions, please reach out to info@rfxathletic.com.au for assistance.
