About This Competition
Come test your fitness in the Gateway to Glacier!
Same gender teams of two in scaled, intermediate and Rx divisions.
Workouts will begin at 9am, registration and event briefing details will be sent out to athletes the week of the event.
We will release one workout on July 1st.
If you are unsure of which division to register for below are some guidelines for weight/movements you should be able to do per division. We will allow changes to divisions up until the day of the event.
Scaled: 1RM Snatch 95/65, 1 RM C&J 135/95, DB 50/35, Jumping Pull-ups, Kipping L-Raises (Straight-leg version of knee raises), partial wall walk, SU
Intermediate: 1RM Snatch 135/95, 1 RM C&J 155/125, DB 60/45, Chin-over bar at higher volume, T2B at less volume, full wall walk, DU
Rx: 1RM Snatch 185/125, 1 RM C&J 225/155, DB 75/50, Bar MU, C2B and T2B at high volume, handstand push-up and walking, DU
There will be four workouts, and all divisions will have a fifth workout for the top three teams.
The top three (3) teams in each division will recieve awards.
WE WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. TEAM CHANGES CAN BE MADE UP UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
Please note, lodging can be difficult that time of year, we are working on RV space, but please consier this before registering.
