About This Competition

The Fenton Showdown will be a fun fitness event testing athletes in a wide range of fitness challenges. Each workout will test athletes in combinations of cardiovascular, strength, power, endurance and general physical ability. This event is open to everyone.


Divisions: Men's and Women's Individual; RX and Scaled

Early Bird Pricing (Before June 28th) - $60

After June 28th - $75


Schedule:

  • Registration Opens at 7:30am
  • First Heat at 8:30am
  • Final Awards at 4:30pm

There is a 10 minute cap


Men RX: 45 pound bar

Women RX: 35 pound bar

Women's Scaled: 35 pound bar, jumping pull ups

As many reps as possible in 12:00 minutes:

  • 8 Snatches (95/65 lbs.)
  • 4 Muscle Ups
  • 8 Snatches (135/95 lbs.)
  • 4 Muscle Ups
  • 8 Snatches (165/115 lbs.)
  • 4 Muscle Ups
  • 8 Snatches (195/135 lbs.)
  • 4 Muscle Ups
  • As many snatches as possible (225/145 lbs.)
