About This Competition
The ReOpen
It's been 19 months since we last got to take on an OPEN workout inside the gym!
We had some amazing participation during the at home OPEN via
ZOOM.
But we miss having you in the gym and we know you miss being in the gym!
So, we are bringing the Open BACK!
Over 3 Friday night light, Starting in May we will take on 3
classic CrossFit OPEN workouts!
The workouts have been picked by your coaching team. YOU
will get to vote for the ones we will do during the competition.
To add an extra bit of spice. The top two Male and Female RX and
scaled Athletes from each box will form 2 teams.
They will then go head to head at an event we are aiming to hold on the 25th of June.
This will be our first chance in 19 months to come together as a community!
