Erster Wettkampftag mit Fokus auf die Competition: Alle Teams absolvieren an dem Tag drei Workouts.
SONNTAG - 01.09.2024
Zweiter Wettkampftag mit Fokus auf das Sommerfest: Neben dem Halbfinale und Finale gibt es Köstlichkeiten vom Grill, spannende Challenges und Unterhaltung für die kleinen Gäste.
20 TEAMS - m/w
Teilnehmen können insgesamt bis zu 20 Teams. Vorrang haben Mitglieder von CrossFit Neuss, danach können sich Teams aus umliegenden Boxen registrieren. Jedes Team besteht aus einer Athletin und einem Athleten.
RX & SCALED
Am ersten Wettkampftag treten alle Teams in einer offenen Qualifikation an, wobei sich die besten 10 für die RX-Division und die übrigen 10 für die Scaled-Division qualifizieren. Am Sonntag finden das Halbfinale und Finale statt.
Registrierung & Gebühr
Die offizielle Registrierung ist ab dem 01. Juli möglich. Die Gebühr beträgt 20 Euro pro Team für CFNE-Mitglieder und 30 Euro für externe Teams.

Partner A Max. Calorie Echo Bike
Partner B HS Hold
Instructions:
- Partner A will accumulate as many calories as possible on the Echo Bike.
- Partner B will hold a Handstand (HS) against the wall.
- Partner A can only start biking once Partner B is fully in a handstand position with both feet touching the wall.
- If Partner B comes down from the handstand, Partner A must immediately stop biking.
- The partners then switch roles. The workout continues for 8 minutes, with the partners alternating as necessary.
Goal: The goal is to accumulate the maximum number of calories on the Echo Bike within the 8-minute time cap.
