About This Competition

UThe RxFit Open is an intramural in house competition that then extends to the whole of all 6 RxFit gyms! 

The first 3 weeks you will complete the weekly CrossFit Open workouts during your regular classes on Friday.

Top 3 from each gym will add an extra 3 points to their respective teams.

These leaderboards here are for you to see how you rank individually within your individual gyms and also in RxFit as a whole.

This competition, while having an individual leaderboard, is focused on the team scores within the gyms. The top team to earn the most points wins their team banner and moves onto the final week 4 FNL event representing their RxFit location.

The winner of the final week will be rewarded the metal trophy and crowned the 2022 RxFit Open Champions. They will proudly display this trophy in their gym until 2023 when the trophy will be up for grabs again!

Max Double Dumbbell Thrusters 50s/35s

One Partner works while the other parner holds the fron rack position with the dumbbells

Each time you switch working partners or drop the dumbbells, bothe partners must perform 3 synchro burpees.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 wall walks

12 dumbbell snatches

15 box jump-overs

♀ 35-lb dumbbell, 20-in box ♂ 50-lb dumbbell, 24-in box

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of: Deadlifts
