Get ready for Summer Games in the Park!

An in-house same sex teams of 2 competition!

Date: Saturday, July 27, 2024. 

Divisions: RX and Intermediate Divisions. 

Location: CrossFit Hyde Park, 1335 W. Gray Street, Tampa, FL 33606. 

Price: $50/person ($100/team). There are no refunds. Substitutions permitted.

Workouts

AMRAP11

9 x Synchro Front Squat

14 x Burpee Box Jump Over

20 x Toes to Bar

Score = Total Rounds and Reps Completed

Weights:

Intermediate = 95/65lbs; 24/20in; Toes to Ring; Burpee Box Step Over

RX = 135/95lbs; 24/20in. 

Teammates will being with both hands on the wall. At the start of 3, 2, 1, go, both atletes will clean the barbell up to the fornt rack and being their sychronized front squats. 

Squat cleans will be counted as one rep.

Teammates must be synchonized at the bottom of the squat and finishing the rep with knees locked out/hips open. 

One partner may work at a time on the burpees and toes to bar.

Burpee must be compelted with chest and thighs touching the ground.

Athletes may clear the box completely.

No hands may touch the box or the rep will not be counted. 

For a toes to bar rep to br completed, athletes must start in a hanging position. Both feet must start behing the plane on the bar every rep. Both athletes toes must touch the bar at the same time. 

For a toes to ring rep to be completed, athletes must start in a hanging position. Both feet mus start behing the plane of the rings. Both toes must touch the rings at the same time. If an athlete's foot goes through the rings the rep will not be counted. 

Bella Complex:

1 x Clean (Power or Squat)

1 x Jerk (Push or Split)

1 x Front Squat

1 x Jerk

Teams will have a 7 minute clock to establish max combined weight. 

One teammate may lift at a time. 

Teammates may take as many attempts as needed.

Only successful unbroken complex's will be counted.

Athletes are permitted to finish lifts if the bar is off the floor before time has expired. 

Teams will be provided 1 barbell. 

3 Rounds for Time:

200m x Run

32/22 x Cal Ski Erg

22 x Shoulder to Overhead

Time Cap: 10 minutes

Team Score: Total time to complete all reps

Weights: 

Intermediate: 95/65lbs

RX: 135/95lbs

 

Run must be completed together.

Team members may start accumulating calories imemdiately following the run. They DO NOT have to wait for their partner to complete the run. 

Shoulder to overhead may be completed as a strict press/push press/push jerk/split jerk. 

Athletes must lock out knees, hips, and arms completely before rep will be counted.

8 x Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch

12/8 x Cal Row

(Buy-Out): 20 x Devils Press

15 Minute Time Cap

Intermediate: 35/25lb DB

RX: 50/35lb DB
