About This Competition

 

A competition where we find who are the Fittest Pair. 

Reps will be counted with events carried out on a even playing field. 

Its time to move in sync, lift heavy load and rep till you drop. 

Get excited for a fun and challenging day ahead. 

RX Standard movements will include:

  • Pull Ups/C2B/Muscle Ups 
  • HSPU 
  • Double Unders
  • Rope Climb 

Scaled Division will include adjusted movements however will very much be performed at high intensity.

Workouts

On 3,2,1 Go Athlete 1 must complete each porgressive weight before tagging Athlete 2. All Athletes must show control at the top of the rep.

 

Clean & Jerk Ladder *Sprint*

5 Reps 30kg/55kg

4 Reps 35kg/60kg

3 Reps 40kg/ 65kg

2 Reps 45kg/70kg

1 Reps 50kg/75kg

 

*Weights are not confirmed and maybe changed nearer the event.

Athletes will have 7mins to establish a Complex max. Barbell will start pre loaded to the desired weight for the first lifter.

Athletes will attack each exercise in a Gauntlet format and must complete each piece before moving to the next. Whilst one Athlete is on the course the other will perform as many calories as possible on the C2 Bike. Athletes do not have to change every round. 

Part A Will be scored as total repetitions between both team members on the Gauntlet.

3 Overhead Squats (35/50kg)

5 Echo Calories

7 DB Push Press (15/22.5kg x2)

 

Part B 

Max Calories C2

Athletes will attack each exercise in a Gauntlet format and must complete each piece before moving to the next. Whilst one Athlete is on the course the other will perform as many calories as possible on the C2 Bike. Athletes do not have to change every round.

On 3,2,1 go Athlete 1 must start Round 1 and adhere to the break rules. Once complete the athlete can "pick their poison" and perform as many reps as possible. Each athlete will relay every 90 seconds. Total workout time is 9mins

Complete the workout as fast as possible in a 8min Time cap. Each athlete must alternate on the Crossovers upon the start of each minute. E.g. 0-1min Athlete (1) 1-2min Athlete (2) and so on.

On 3,2,1 Go Athlete 1 must complete each porgressive weight before tagging Athlete 2. A Power Snatch or Full Snatch is permitted, all Athletes must show control at the top of the rep.

 

Tie Break: Will be based on where the Athletes are in 5mins and or total reps completed.
