About This Competition

This event is created by Scoring Kairos in association with Competition Corner to support the King Baudouin Foundation in his project for the Saint-Pierre University Hospital to fight against the coronavirus.

While paying €10,00 subscription fee €9,41 will be transferred to the Foundation. Neither Scoring Kairos nor Competition Corner is taking fee on your subscription. €0,59 credit card fee are deduced by the payment platform and cannot be bypassed.

You can make an extra donation using this link.

There are 3 workouts to be done before the end of the lockdown period (currently 19/04/2020 23:59). All the workouts can be done at home with no material. If the lockdown period is extended, extra workouts will be added.

AMRAP 12 minutes:

  • 1 Down-up
  • 2 Reverse Lunges while holding a 9/5kg weight
  • 2 Down-up
  • 4 Reverse Lunges while holding a 9/5kg weight
  • 3 Down-up
  • 6 Reverse Lunges while holding a 9/5kg weight

    +1/+2 after each full round
    Go as far as you can in the ladder

The weight can be anything (KB, DB, Sandbag, Plate, Loaded Backpack, Water bottles ...) but it must weight at least 9/5kg

Important : At the end of the Workout, you must perform 10 repetitions of Unweighted Cossack Squat (5 per side). You can take some rest but you must record it on camera ! Not for scoring, but for your mobility work.

Death by:
1 jump over stick
1 hand release push up
1 air squat


+ 1 rep of each movement after each minute

AMRAP 8min
10 one arm overhead squats (left arm)
10 one arm overhead squats (right arm)
10 pike handstand push-ups

From 0’ to 3’
2 rounds of
5 Kneeling Squat Jumps
5 Backpack Clusters (15/10)


From 3’ to 6’
2 rounds of
7 Kneeling Squat Jumps
7 Backpack Clusters (15/10)


From 6’ to 9’
2 rounds of
9 Kneeling Squat Jumps
9 Backpack Clusters (15/10)
From 9’ to 12’

Add 2 reps to each movement for each 3 minutes segment you complete
Complete the clusters with any object weighting at least
15 kg for the men, 10 kg for the women

Down Up
Between each set complete:
6 alternate forward lunges
6 alternate backward lunges

Each lunge must be performed holding a full 1,5 liters bottle of water in overhead position.
