Workouts
EMOM x Failure Clean Ladder
You and your partner will have 1 minute to both successfully lift a preloaded barbell ranging from #85-#335 pounds, with a 10 second transition after each minute to get to the next lift. If one partner fails, the other partner may continue on until failure.
Your score is your combined successful lifts. This event is the same for all divisions. A new team will enter the gauntlet every minute until it is complete.
