Girls Gone Rx UK is in Preston!! Forest Flow CrossFit 🌳
Our competitions bring together all types of women through Competing for a Cure.
Same-Sex Teams of 2 Badass Ladies!
4 Workouts, no finals!
Direct Entry - No qualifiers!
Two Athlete Divisions.
For Forest Comp Movement Standards
BAM (Bad ass in the making) -
Bar cycling Clean/STOH/Power snatches/Thrusters/SDLHP/Front squat/Lunges @25kg
Deadlift no more than 50kg
SU
Gymnastic moves all scaled - no surprises
DB movements 10kg
KB movements 12kg and if we use a 16 it will be for a simple movement like a DL or Russian KB Swing
Step ups on a box or jumps
Wall balls 6kg at the most
RX -
Bar cycling Clean/STOH/Snatches/Thrusters/SDLHP/OH squat/Lunges @35kg
Deadlift no more than 80kg
DU
Gymnastics- Pull ups, TTB, Handstand push ups (option with Mats)
DB movements 15kg
KB movements 16 kg and if we use a 24kg it will be for a simple movement like a DL or Russian KB Swing
Box jumps
Wall balls 7 or 9kg
Just to note, there will be some walking/jogging/running with sandbags and some stuff outside!

Workouts
Partner A 4 mins max squat clean and split jerk (at BAM it can be a power clean and a front squat)
Partner B 4 mins max Power snatch
1 min reset
After the 1 min rest and when the bar has been reset
2 x
30 seconds max thrusters (can start with a cluster)
30 seconds max hang cleans (any)
30 seconds max STOH (any)
Score is weight x reps
Bar must stay off the floor through out the whole workout
no weights to be dropped
ASCENDING AMRAP 8 mins
Stays the same all the way through
3 synchro handstand push up (if really can’t do it can use mats to scale)
or
3 synchro half wall walks
3 - 6 -9 … and so on
(Can split however) GTOH Clean and jerk or Snatch (RX 30kg/BAM 20kg)
(Synchro) Hops over the bar (RX jump 2 footed/BAM jump over a line on the floor)
BAM and RX are being set off from different distances
if you make it up as a pair up the Nicky nook run in less than 4:30, you get to set off back down the hill to your start line for your fasted time.
So if you only make the run up it will be that time taken.
If you make it up the hill in under 4:30 it's the fastest you can get back to the start line
10 min time cap in total
8 rounds for time 10 min time cap
5 hand release synchro burpees
7 partner deadlifts (RX 90kg/BAM 60kg)
35 DU or 70 SU scaled
First 2 moves together
Skipping is alternated each round must do 4 rounds each
