About This Competition

Same sex pairs spring 2020 throwdown!


After the success of our first competition we see the second instalment of our external competitions. Fun, Friendly atmosphere with a pinch of competition thrown in. All workouts are adaptable so whether this is your first or fortieth comp we have your back.


The introduction of Scaled + gives all those super fit athletes the opportunity to shine and taste the Rx life! You can expect Rx weights and standards, but some of those illusive movements may be exempt or available for some extra points! So don't worry firebreathers you will get the opportunity to showcase your skills!!


As before we will have numerous vendors on tap including sports therapy, food prep, clothing, cofeeeeee, supplements, live dynamic leaderboard and a live DJ to keep you pumped up the entire time!


Male and female Scaled division to take place on Saturday 7th March 2020, brief 8:30 am for a 9am start.

Male and female Scaled+/Rx division to take place on Sunday 8th March 2020, brief 8:30am for a 9 am start.

40 Single Unders

10 Power Cleans @25kg

5 Bar over Burpees

In 10 minute window complete a 2000m row


Rowing can only take place whilst the other athlete holds a barbell off the ground @42.5kg

10 Minutes to establish a combined max clean (anyhow)

50 Synchro Db Hang C&J @10kg

50 Wall Balls @4kg (split however)

40 Synchro Squats, one athlete to be holding both Db in front rack at any time. Swap whenever you like @10kg

40 Wall Balls @4kg (split anyhow)

30 Synchro Db Snatch @10kg

30 Wall Balls @4kg

20 Synchro Goblet lunges @10kg

20 Wall Balls (split anyhow)

10 SA Db clusters @10kg
