About This Competition

PROJECT 1 : Mixed Pairs Competition

  • Number of events : 3 
  • Number of tickets available : 300 
  • Total duration of competition : 7 Days 
  • You will have 48 Hours from the announcement of each event to complete the workout and submit your score. 
  • No refunds will be offered after the release of event 1.
  • Name changes or substitutes can only be made before the release of event 1. 

    Equipment Required: 
  • Concept 2 Rower 
  • Barbell with weights up to 70kg/155lbs

- Max Reps Bench Press in remaining time.

Barbell Weight: 
40kg for Ladies. 
70kg for Men. 

Minimum weight in pounds: 
90lbs for Ladies. 
155lbs for Men. 

 

Your score is the total number of reps completed in 12 minutes.

1 Calorie = 1 Rep. 
1 Bench Press = 1 Rep.
