About This Competition

CrossFit Herd and CrossFit Atakapas present to you Bayou Brawl 2024! This year’s event will consist co-ed teams of two in the following divisions: Beginner, Intermediate, RX, Masters (35-39, 40-49 and 50+). So grab your favorite person of the opposite sex and let’s have some fun! The spots will fill up quickly so don’t wait to register! 

Bayou Brawl 2024 will take place Saturday, May 11th at the Carencro Sports Complex, located at 3607 NW Evangeline Thruway, Carencro LA, 70520.

Athlete check-in is from 6:30-7:30 am, athlete briefing at 7:45 and the action starts at 8:45. There will be three workouts. Workout details will not be posted until the day of the event.

Movement Standards:

*All movements and weights should be well within athlete’s capacity to perform 3-5 reps for multiple rounds under fatigue in various combinations, AT THE VERY LEAST.
