Join us for the 6th annual FRESH COAST GAMES! This 3-person team competition taking place over 2 days this year on July 10th and 11th is one of a kind.
A unique event that takes place right on the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Pere Marquette Beach is the perfect location to test your fitness, work on that tan and spend time with friends.

DIVISIONS
Saturday - 72 RX Teams of 3 (36M/36W)
Sunday - 72 Intermediate Teams of 3 (36M/36W)
We appreciate you registering to the appropriate division based on your team's average fitness level. We want the fields to be as evenly matched as possible to promote a fun and fair experience for all competitors. A list of required movements and suggested minimum strength thresholds are listed at our website.
MASTERS DIVISION
A second leaderboard will be populated each day containing teams that meet the following criteria. These teams are eligible for both podiums each day.
RX MASTERS:
- Combined Years of Age must equal or exceed 110 on day of event.
- Minimum age allowed on team is 30
INT MASTERS:
-Combined years of age must equal or exceed 120 on day of event
-Minimum age allowed on team is 35
These teams will register for whichever division (RX or INT) as usual and compete in those divisions, but we will also provide a masters leaderboard and podium ceremony.

EVENT CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT
In the event of inclement weather, or state/city executive orders disallow Fresh Coast Fitness Festival from taking place on the scheduled dates, the following actions will take place:
All team captains will receive their teams athlete packs, with t-shirts and other goodies.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed
All teams will be automatically enrolled into an online competition similar to ‘The CrossFit Open’ with all pertinent information such as dates, equipment needed and rules provided in a timely manner.
We appreciate your understanding when it comes to the solutions provided in the event of a cancellation. There are many expenses such as t-shirts, equipment rental, permitting etc.. that are non refundable and would be detrimental to the continued success of the event. The online competition provides the athletes with a fun event/experience while also helping the event cover necessary costs.
