About This Competition

This event will consist of 10 Challenges. Team or individual. 

All team divisions are open.

You will have two weeks to complete all 10 challenges. Everyone on the team completes them all. 

Here are the challenges. 

Here are the challenges:

1. Set of max pull-ups RX  Set of max ring rows - Scaled
2. 1 Minute max calories assault bike
3. 500 Meter Row for time.
4. 10 Rep Max Deadlift
5. 10 Rep Max Bench
6. 1 Mile Run
7. Max Ground to Overhead
8. Max set unbroken double unders - RX  Singles - Scaled
9. 100 Yard Dash
10. Each team will need a flat 100 meters down and 100 meters back. The running distances in the workout will be completed 100 down and back.

Two athletes will work at a time. One will run and one will lift.

Each athlete must complete two parts of the workout. An athlete can not complete more than two. In other words, each athlete will run once and lift once.

There will be a run of 200, 400, 600, 800 Meters.

While one athlete is running another athlete will perform as many power cleans as possible for reps.

The score will be the run time minus 1 second for every rep completed.

There will be a 10 minute time cap.

The weights will be as follows. You must go in order of the run and the weight.

Male Rx
200 Meters - 225, 400 M - 185, 600 M - 155, 800 M -135

Mixed Rx
200 M - 205, 400 M - 155, 600 M - 115, 800 M -95

Female RX
200 M - 165, 400 M - 135, 600 M - 95, 800 M -75

Male Scaled
200 M - 205, 400 M - 155, 600 M - 115, 800 M -95

Mixed Scaled
200 M - 165, 400 M - 135, 600 M - 95, 800 M -75

Female Scaled
200 M - 95, 400 M - 85, 600 M - 75, 800 M -65

Any Type Team RX
200 M - 205, 400 M - 155, 600 M - 115, 800 M -95

Any Type Team Scaled
200 M - 165, 400 M - 135, 600 M - 95, 800 M -75
