About This Competition

Co-ed teams of 2 go head to head in three strength based workouts plus a final finisher WOD! There will be 3 divisions offered based on your fitness level. Every athlete gets a tee or tank and winners get swag! Check out our event Facebook page for more details!

12 Ball Over Shoulder (shared any way) 100/70, 70/50, 50/35

10 Devil's Press (shared any way) 50/35, 35/25, 25/15

Then, 

In remaining time: Max Front Squats 

*1 Minute rest between rounds to adjust barbell.

Partners must alternate round for round:

3 Hang Power Cleans (weight increases each round)

6 Pushups (Strict for RX, HR for Intermediate and Scaled)

9 Air Squats

 

*If one partner gets stopped by the HPC and can't go any farther then the other partner may continue on to accumulate reps for the team.
