At our 'Paratus' events we want to make it as inclusive as possible. The competition floor isn't just for your "Mat Fraser's". Everyone should experience the buzz of stepping onto the dance floor.

Requirements including but not limited to:

DBs: 15/22.5kg
KBs: 16/24kg
Thruster/GTOH: 40/60kg
Pull-ups
Double Unders
Toes to bar
Bar muscle ups
Scaled
DBs: 10/15kg
KBs: 12/16kg
Thruster/GTOH: 25/40kg
No gymnastics requirements
