About This Competition

The John Dufour Classic CrossFit Fundraiser Competition is back at All Level CrossFit for its 3rd year 🤟

This is a partner-style competition. Partner options are:
💎Female/Female
💎Male/Male
💎Female/Male

Team registration is $150 per team of 2

With your registration, you will receive a “swag bag” with goodies from our event sponsors, 2 competition tees designed and printed by our talented friends at @tribalprinting, and a morning packed with fitness.

There will be 4 workouts (3 on the main floor and 1 floater workout to be done at a time of your choosing)

We will be offering 6 different divisions:
💎RX
💎Masters RX (80+ combined age)
💎Intermediate
💎Scaled/Beginner
💎Adaptive
💎Teen (Under 16)

Registration opens Monday, May 6th.

Workouts will be released 2 weeks before the competition. Division changes are permitted after registration. Division weight & movement requirements will be posted on our social media page on Monday.

Workouts

Workout #2 is scored by LOAD 🏋️‍♂️

Athlete 1 will complete a 5:00 EMOM. Athletes will have 1:00 to adjust the weight on the bar. Athlete 2 will then complete a 5:00 EMOM.

At the beginning of every minute, the working athlete will complete their skipping buy-in. Once they’ve completed their skips, they will approach the barbell for 1 clean attempt.

If the lift is successful, the judge will mark down the weight. If the athlete misses the lift, they cannot attempt again within that minute. They can stay at the same weight or adjust their weight (up or down) for the next minute.

All cleans must be performed from the floor (no hang cleans).

Once Athlete 1 is done their 5:00 EMOM, athletes will have 1:00 to adjust the weight on the barbell for Athlete 2, and they will begin their 5:00 EMOM.

Non-working athletes are encouraged to adjust the weight for their partner. Weight on the barbell must be declared to the judge before the lift.

  • Must alternate athlete on the rower every minute.
  • Athlete not on the rower must perform 1 rope climb within the minute. RX = Legless, Masters = Regular Rope Climb, Intermediate = Regular Rope Climb, Beginner, Teens = 2 lying to standing rope climbs, Adaptive = 1 lying to standing rope climb.
  • 0:30 sec time penalty for every rope climb NOT performed in the 1 min interval.

10 min time cap.

Max sandbag to shoulder (no touch and go).  One partner working at a time.
